Meet Andrea

Andrea Willis Laube, NBC-HWC, is a national board-certified health and wellness coach, educator, and leader with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a unique blend of compassionate coaching, mindfulness, and behavior change science, Andrea helps clients reconnect with their strengths, clarify their goals, and create sustainable behavior change from the inside out.

Andrea’s individual coaching style is warm, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She specializes in supporting clients with stress management, lifestyle redesign, and emotional resilience—drawing on tools like HeartMath®, motivational interviewing, yoga, and mindfulness to create customized plans that empower lasting change.

Beyond her one-on-one work, Andrea has designed and led innovative wellness programs across public and private sectors. As Coach Team Manager at a digital health tech company, she led high-performing teams of coaches specializing in mental health and lifestyle change. Her leadership also includes developing district-wide wellness strategies for school systems and comprehensive well-being initiatives for city employees, always linking whole person health to measurable outcomes.

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Education and is currently earning a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, deepening her expertise in emotional and behavioral health. She is a certified meditation instructor, yoga teacher, and HeartMath® coach, and co-founder of PAUSE, a wellbeing coaching practice integrating mindfulness, movement and training.
